Your new role
As a Business Services Manager or Senior Manager, you will play a key leadership role within the practice, managing client relationships, mentoring staff and providing strategic business and taxation advice.Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of business clients
• Acting as a trusted advisor to business owners
• Reviewing financial statements and tax compliance work
• Providing business advisory and strategic planning services
• Leading, mentoring and developing accountants within the team
• Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and firm processes
• Working closely with the Partners on practice growth initiatives

This is a highly client-facing position offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to the future direction of the firm.
What you'll need to succeed

• CA or CPA qualification
• Previous experience as a Manager or Senior Manager within an Australian public practice accounting firm
• Strong technical knowledge of business services and taxation
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A commercial mindset and genuine passion for helping businesses succeed
• Leadership experience with a commitment to developing staff
