They are looking for Brokerage & IFA Business Development talents to join their team, seniority ranging from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager.

Your new role

• Develop and execute business growth strategies for the brokerage channel sales platform, especially for the brokerage segment.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to enhance business results and provide tailored business support to maximise growth potential.
• Collaborate with partners to drive new initiatives, campaigns, and market opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business planning.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and achieve business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Business or related discipline with at least 4 years of solid experience in insurance distribution, business development, account management, or partnership management.
• Strong understanding of insurance and wealth management products.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
