Your new role
Your new role will be to look after the portfolio of the small business clients in SME Banking to provide companies with turnover of up to US$25 mil in Singapore a suite of products that meets their financing requirements. As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to achieve quarterly New Sales Revenue (NSR) targets through New-to-Bank client acquisitions , and active cross-selling of SME Banking products and Wealth Solutions to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of SME/Business Banking experience, focused on acquiring new-to-bank small business clients and promoting the whole suite of SME Banking products - financing, cash solutions etc.
• Consistently achieve quarterly sales and NSR targets through proactive prospecting of SME business clients and strong cross-selling of wealth solutions
• Strong client relationship skills, service excellence, and responsiveness, ensuring quick turnaround to client queries
• Uphold high standards of ethics, risk awareness, and full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Strong team player, collaborate closely with stakeholders while maintaining accountability for individual performance
