Abot The Role

We're looking for an experienced Operations Consltant to join or Operations Consltancy team on an six-month fixed term contract. In this role, yo'll work closely with Partner Practices, Practice Managers and Advisers to help improve the way their bsinesses operate. Yo'll spport practices to review their processes, discover ways to work more efficiently and implement practical soltions that improve both bsiness performance and client otcomes.

As a trsted consltant, yo'll se yor operational experience, mentoring skills, and knowledge of standard procedres to help bsinesses improve efficiency. Yo will also help them make the most effective se of their resorces. Yo'll also deliver workshops, performance labs and consltancy spport, helping practices develop sstainable ways of working that spport ftre growth.

What Yo'll Be Doing

Working with Practice Managers, Advisers and Partner Practices to find opportnities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Providing consltancy spport focsed on bsiness processing and ways of working that help practices grow and scale.

Reviewing bsiness processes, management information and operational data to identify areas for improvement and recommend practical soltions.

Spporting practices to make the best se of systems, resorces and internal processes.

Delivering workshops, Performance Labs, webinars and one-to-one consltancy spport.

Coaching and inflencing Partners to adopt new approaches to process and ways of working

Working closely with colleages across the bsiness to ensre a joined-p approach to spporting Partner Practices.

Ensring client otcomes remain central to all recommendations, while maintaining reglatory and compliance standards.

Bilding strong, trsted relationships that encorage engagement and spport lasting change.

Abot Yo

Yo'll be an experienced operational consltant, bsiness improvement specialist or practice management professional with experience gained within a reglated environment. Yo'll be comfortable bilding relationships with a broad range of people and confident challenging constrctively when needed. Yo'll enjoy helping bsinesses improve performance throgh better processes, smarter ways of working and practical, commercially focsed soltions. Yo'll be a strong commnicator who can adapt yor style to different adiences, whether yo're facilitating a workshop, delivering a presentation or providing one-to-one coaching and spport.
Essential Criteria

Experience working within a reglated financial services environment.

Strong nderstanding of bsiness processes and operational improvement.

Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing operational improvements.

Ability to analyse data, trends and performance information to spport decision-making.

Experience delivering workshops, training sessions or consltancy spport.

Desirable Criteria

A coaching, consltancy or continos improvement qalification.

Previos experience as a Practice Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Consltant or Bsiness Improvement Consltant.

Knowledge of adviser spport, bsiness processing or client servicing fnctions.

Experience of Lean, Continos Improvement or operational effectiveness programmes.

Special Reqirements

De to the natre of this role the sccessfl person will need to be willing and able to travel within the K on an occasional basis.
