Main Responsibilities as Lead Pricing Analyst:

Take fll ownership of end-to-end pricing activity, from deep-dive analysis throgh to live rate deployment across or Non-Standard Motor prodcts.

Lead and develop a talented team, creating a cltre of criosity, growth and high performance.

se advanced modelling and data science techniqes to nlock new opportnities within specialist Car, Van and Bike segments.

Shape how we compete by blending market insight, performance data and commercial jdgement.

Partner with senior leaders to challenge thinking and gide direction.

Play a key role in evolving or pricing capability, tools and approach.

Skills and experience yo need as Lead Pricing Analyst:

A backgrond in insrance pricing or a similar analytical field (motor experience is highly valed).

Strong programming skills (SAS, R, Python or similar).

Experience with predictive modelling techniqes (GLMs, GBMs, machine learning methods etc.).

Confidence working with tools like Emblem and Radar.

A natral ability to connect insight with bsiness impact.

Experience leading or mentoring others, with a passion for developing talent.

Strong commnication skills - yo can make complex ideas simple and compelling.

The drive to take ownership, deliver reslts and psh things forward.
