Senior Pricing Analyst: We're looking for an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to join or Home Pricing Trading team.



Yo'll play an important role in helping shape the pricing strategy and trading performance of or Intermediary Home insrance portfolio. sing data, analytical techniqes and commercial insight, yo'll identify opportnities to improve growth, competitiveness and profitability, and trn yor analysis into clear recommendations for pricing action.



Working closely with Technical Pricing, nderwriting, Claims, Distribtion and Finance, yo'll help ensre or pricing decisions deliver the right balance between cstomer otcomes and sstainable bsiness performance.

Main Responsibilities as Senior Pricing Analyst:

Extract, maniplate and analyse large datasets to spport pricing decisions and performance monitoring.

Deliver high-qality pricing analysis, presenting clear, actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Play a role in the forecast processes, connecting in with key bsiness stakeholders from across the bsiness.

Spport and oversee rate releases, ensring accracy and effectiveness in live pricing environments.

Combine MI, modelling otpts, and commercial targets to develop a balanced view of pricing performance.

Take ownership across the end-to-end price control cycle, from development to implementation.

Collaborate across bsiness nits to ensre pricing and nderwriting decisions are aligned, well-docmented and effectively delivered.

Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, identifying risks and opportnities.

Skills and experience yo need as Senior Pricing Analyst:

-3 years' experience in pricing.

Knowledge of insrance prodcts and distribtion channels (e.g. direct, intermediary, aggregators), ideally in hosehold.

Proven ability to explore, validate, and analyse large datasets to generate insight.

Strong programming skills (e.g. SAS, R, Python) and experience with statistical or actarial tools.

Experience sing Radar (or similar pricing software).

nderstanding of predictive modelling techniqes sch as GLMs, GBMs, Random Forests or Neral Networks.

A highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.

Good stakeholder management skills.
