We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.



You'll get to:

• act as an important contact for our demanding large multinational clients and provide advice and support on operational matters in close collaboration with account managers and client advisors

• take ownership of a broad range of client-related activities in the day-to-day business (e.g., administrative tasks including management of pending items, payments / cash management, fixed advances, FX spot transactions, money market deposits)

• handle front-to-back onboarding of new clients and expanding existing relationships (documentation of relationship openings, e-banking / connectivity, cash management, etc.)

• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Know Your Customer, periodic client reviews)

• coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, and product specialists

• develop a comprehensive understanding of corporate banking and build valuable stakeholder management, and client servicing skills



Your team:



You'll be working in our Multinationals team, located at Europaallee in Zurich. Multinationals is part of Corporate & Institutional Clients and develops first-class, individual solutions for around 400, mostly listed Swiss corporations. As a GTP within Account Management, you will play an important role in supporting large multinational clients in close collaboration with account managers, client advisors and various specialists.

Your expertise:



We're looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months

• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

• is fluent in German and very good in English, both written and spoken

• enjoys interacting with demanding clients and stakeholders and ideally has gained initial experience in client-facing roles or banking

• demonstrates a strong client and service orientation, a high level of commitment and enjoys taking responsibility for operational tasks

• thrives in a business with high expectations, competing priorities and tight deadlines

• has values that align with ours: being trustworthy, dedicated, collaborative and committed to achieving excellent outcomes for our clients

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You'll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you're ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
