Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Corporate and Institutional Clients (CIC) Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You'll get to:
• provide support to the Asset Servicing Structuring Sales team in the maintaining, creating and monitoring specific unit key framework activities that enable the team to consistently generate, convert, and retain business opportunities
• support Salespersons in daily business to prepare tender material (RFIs/RFPs and other sales-related documentation)
• gain in-depth understanding of client needs across Pensions Funds, Insurances, Banks, GFIMs, and develop expertise in UBS Asset Servicing offerings, including custody, fund administration, reporting, connectivity solutions and customized white-label fund concepts
Your team:
Our Asset Servicing Structuring & Sales team advises, promotes, structures, offers, and delivers Asset Servicing solutions for clients domiciled or booked in Switzerland. Our solutions spans the full Asset Servicing value chain, including Global Custody and sophisticated White Labelling Funds. Operating across all Swiss regions, we are a client focused team committed to providing innovative, high-quality solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.
Your expertise:
We're looking for a candidate who:
• has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months
• has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• is fluent in German and proficient in English, French language is a plus
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• as strong writing and verbal communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long, and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of wealth management. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You'll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you're ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
