Job Description

A leading Swiss real estate and construction group in Plan-les-Ouates is seeking a Project Manager (MEP/CVSE) to drive complex, high-impact development projects across the full lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP (CVSE) packages throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Actively participate in site meetings and monitor the work of contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure high-quality execution of construction works
• Validate MEP schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate closely with other technical disciplines for MEP requirements
• Ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to project timelines
• Manage financial and administrative aspects of projects
• Identify opportunities to optimize project performance and efficiency
• Represent the company professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in engineering (EPF, HES, or equivalent) or in MEP-related disciplines
• Several years of experience within a general contractor or MEP-related company (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Swiss construction standards (SIA)
• Solid analytical, negotiation, and optimization skills
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to align stakeholders toward project goals
• Leadership mindset with decision-making capabilities
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects
• Strong problem-solving skills, responsiveness, and ability to anticipate challenges
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
