Our client is a high-growth global technology platform operating at the intersection of multiple consumer digital services. Through strategic partnerships with different partners, they enable seamless access to different consumer services across international markets.

With a rapidly expanding global footprint and a strong presence across Asia Pacific, they are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Regional Head of Business Development to drive strategic partnerships and accelerate business growth across the region.

Your new role

• Develop and execute regional business development and partnership strategies.
• Identify, evaluate and secure new commercial opportunities across APAC.
• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, strategic partners and key decision-makers.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and partnership agreements.
• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations and leadership teams to support successful partner onboarding and growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and emerging opportunities within the mobility, travel, fintech and digital platform ecosystem.
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support business planning and expansion initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
  
• 
  10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships or commercial leadership roles with 3+ years of team management experience.
  
• 
  Proven track record of building and managing complex B2B partnerships across multiple markets.
  
• 
  Strong network within mobility, travel technology, fintech, digital platforms, marketplaces or SaaS ecosystems.
  
• 
  Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close strategic commercial agreements.
  
• 
  Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and identify growth opportunities.
  
• 
  Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
  
• 
  Experience working in a regional or global environment is highly preferred.
