Our client is a fast-growing DTC platform and they are looking for a Country Marketing Head to drive end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for their business in Singapore.

Your new role

• 
  Develop and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives growth.
  
• 
  Lead product marketing initiatives, ensuring clear positioning and messaging for new and existing products.
  
• 
  Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and create mutually beneficial collaborations.
  
• 
  Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across online and offline channels, including social media, events, and traditional media.
  
• 
  Oversee brand development and storytelling, ensuring consistency and resonance across all touchpoints.
  
• 
  Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  
• 
  Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• 
  8+ years of experience in a marketing role with leadership experience, ideally in Ecommerce, DTC app/platform, Consumer Tech industry.
  
• 
  Strong track record in full-spectrum marketing-from strategy to execution.
  
• 
  Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
  
• 
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• 
  Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and roll up your sleeves when needed.
