Your new role
We are currently supporting a Perth-based organisation seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering enterprise-wide technology initiatives. In this role, you will operate across a portfolio of work, partnering with stakeholders to shape, define, and deliver solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
Salary Package: Up to 150,000 + Superannuation
Hybrid working arrangements
You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology delivery, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives while improving processes and ways of working. The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Lead business analysis activities across multiple initiatives within a program environment
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define current and future state processes
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational improvement
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable solution requirements
- Support delivery teams through design, build, and testing phases
- Develop and coordinate testing approaches, including user acceptance testing
- Contribute to planning, risk management, and governance activities
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making
- Promote consistent, best-practice analysis approaches across initiatives
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within complex or enterprise environments
- Proven ability to operate across multiple work streams or program-level initiatives
- Strong capability in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
- Experience in business process mapping, gap analysis, and improvement
- Ability to work across both business and technical teams effectively
- Exposure to system delivery life cycles, including testing and implementation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Familiarity with structured methodologies (e.g., Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery models)
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes under pressure
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
- Domain experience within large and structured organisations is beneficial.
