Our client is seeking an experienced Orchestrade Specialist to join its Operations Technology team. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and financial markets knowledge, working closely with technology, operations, and front-to-back business stakeholders to deliver and support a complex post-trade ecosystem centred around the Orchestrade platform.

1. Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to integrate Orchestrade with internal and third-party systems.
2. Lead the deployment, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Orchestrade platform, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance.
3. Configure, implement, and optimise financial models, curves, market data, and risk analytics within Orchestrade.
4. Monitor system performance, investigate production issues, and drive continuous platform enhancements.
5. Provide technical support, guidance, and training to business users and operational teams.
6. Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Risk, and Finance to support the successful migration and adoption of Orchestrade.
7. Stay informed on industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of financial technology.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Proven hands-on experience working with the Orchestrade platform.
3. Strong knowledge of Python and SQL for automation, integration, and data management.
4. Experience with C#/.NET and Orchestrade customisation is highly desirable.
5. Solid understanding of financial products, market data, risk analytics, and post-trade processes.
6. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across both technical and business functions.

Candidates based in New York can expect a base salary in the range of $150,000 to $225,000+ , depending on experience and expertise. In addition to base salary, the package includes a significant annual bonus , guaranteed in the first year and subsequently linked to both individual and firm performance, alongside a competitive benefits package.
