Director of Sales / Commercial Growth Lead

A growing financial technology company is seeking an ambitious sales leader to help drive the next phase of commercial growth. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background selling SaaS solutions to the financial services space. Experience in treasury, cash flow, or FP&A solutions is an added plus.

Having established strong traction within its existing client network, the company is now investing heavily in new customer acquisition. They're looking for a commercially driven professional with a proven track record of winning net-new business, growing revenue, and selling into middle-market organizations. What You'll Do

• Drive net-new business development and revenue growth across middle-market organizations
• Build relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, treasury teams, and key decision-makers
• Own the sales process from prospecting through close
• Partner with leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and identify new growth opportunities
• Support and mentor a growing SDR function while helping create a high-performance sales culture
• Expand the company's presence beyond its existing network and establish new strategic customer relationships
• Represent the organization as a trusted advisor within the finance and technology community

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience within fintech, financial technology, financial services, or CFO-focused software
• Proven success generating net-new business and consistently exceeding revenue targets
• Experience selling complex solutions to CFOs, finance executives, controllers, treasury teams, or FP&A leaders
• Strong understanding of finance, cash flow, treasury, accounting, or corporate finance processes
• Track record of helping grow a business, product line, territory, or customer base
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to make a measurable impact
• Existing relationships within the middle-market finance ecosystem are highly valued
• Exposure to private equity firms or PE-backed portfolio companies is a significant advantage
