Description

DAC Beachcroft is a leading international law firm with a strong reputation across a range of sectors and markets. Our Clients & Markets function plays a critical role in helping the firm strengthen client relationships, support business development activity, and make informed decisions through high-quality data and technology.

We're looking for a Marketing Operations, CRM & Platforms Coordinator to join our Marketing Operations, Digital Experience & Intelligence (MODEI) team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems and technology, and is keen to develop their skills within a collaborative and forward-thinking professional services environment.

In this role, you'll help ensure the accuracy, integrity and effectiveness of the firm's CRM, email marketing and relationship intelligence platforms. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, supporting users, improving data quality, and helping to drive best practice across our marketing technology landscape.

  • Develop your expertise across CRM, marketing technology and data management platforms.

  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders across the firm, including Marketing, Business Development and Business Services teams.

  • Contribute to projects that improve data quality, reporting capability and user experience.

  • Gain exposure to digital tools, automation and data-driven decision-making.

  • Join a supportive team committed to innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain and improve data quality across key systems and databases.

  • Analyse and report on data quality trends, identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Carry out data cleansing, validation and enrichment activities to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.

  • Consolidate duplicate records and support ongoing data governance initiatives.

  • Assist with contact and company data archiving processes.

  • Identify opportunities to automate data updates and streamline existing processes.

  • Support the testing and rollout of new system features, enhancements and integrations.

  • Maintain data structures, categories and segmentation to improve reporting and campaign effectiveness.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to encourage data best practice and consistent processes.

  • Ensure all activities are carried out in line with GDPR, regulatory requirements and firm policies.

  • Handle confidential information with appropriate care and attention to data security.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We're interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Experience working with databases, CRM platforms, spreadsheets or business systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy and quality.

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • A genuine interest in technology, systems and continuous improvement.

  • Basic knowledge of data cleansing, reporting or data management principles.

  • Understanding of GDPR and responsible data handling practices.

  • Confidence working with Microsoft Excel and willingness to develop advanced skills.

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and recommend improvements.

  • Experience working within a professional services environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.

  • A proactive approach and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and processes.
