Meraki Talent are supporting a well known financial services organisation seeking an experienced Supply Chain Risk Project Lead to support the development of a strategic approach to understanding and managing supplier dependencies and wider supply-chain risk. The role will focus on improving visibility of critical supplier dependencies, common points of failure and wider supply-chain exposures across the organisation. You will work with internal stakeholders to develop risk assessment approaches, assess emerging industry capabilities, support pilots and define the business, process and technology requirements needed to embed a scalable, long-term solution.

The role will focus on improving visibility of critical supplier dependencies, common points of failure and wider supply-chain exposures across the organisation. Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Risk Project Lead:
- Lead projects focused on Supply Chain Risk and supplier dependency.
- Develop risk assessment methodologies, frameworks and operating models.
- Assess supplier dependencies, critical suppliers, common points of failure and wider supply-chain exposure.
- Develop risk indicators and decision-support tools to support effective risk-based decision making.
- Assess dependencies across products, services, technologies, geographies and critical business processes.
- Evaluate emerging supply-chain intelligence, dependency mapping and risk analytics solutions.
Background of the Supply Chain Risk Project Lead:
- Strong experience across Supply Chain Risk, Third-Party Risk, Operational Resilience, Supplier Risk or Outsourcing, ideally within financial services.
- Proven experience developing risk methodologies, frameworks, models or operating models.
- Strong understanding of supplier dependencies, critical suppliers, common points of failure and wider supply-chain risk.
- Experience translating complex data and risk information into actionable insight and decision-making.
- Experience with dependency mapping, supply-chain intelligence or risk analytics solutions.
