We're looking for a visionary SVP Platform Engineers & Chief Software Architect to shape the architectural strategy and technical roadmap of our global Cloud & SaaS product portfolio.

In this senior role, you will lead end-to-end solution architecture, drive shared platform services across product lines, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to align technology with business strategy and accelerate innovation.

What you'll lead

• Enterprise-wide Cloud & SaaS architecture vision
• Multi-tenant, high-availability, distributed systems
• Shared services consolidation (Auth, Analytics, APIs, GenAI foundations)
• Microservices & cloud-native architecture design
• DevOps, CI/CD, and unified cloud deployment automation
• Cross-product integrations and platform-level innovation

What you bring

• 15+ years in software engineering & architecture
• 5+ years leading end-to-end system architecture
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, high-availability enterprise systems
• Significant experience in SaaS / Cloud-native product companies, operating multi-tenant platforms at scale
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and Azure (advantage)
• Leading enterprise architecture transformations
• Hands-on expertise: React.js, Java, C++, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud security

Advantage

• Background in insurance platforms (PAS)
• Experience building digital platforms or low/no-code frameworks
