Relationship Manager FI (Mandarin speaking)

cer Financial are working alongside a bank, who are based in London. They are seeking a Relationship Manager FI to work with them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and develop relationships with banking and non-banking financial institutions.
2. Conduct credit analysis and prepare credit applications for syndicated and bilateral loans.
3. Assess borrower financials, cash flows, debt capacity, and credit risks.
4. Support loan structuring, financial modelling, and stress testing.
5. Liaise with origination, credit risk, and legal teams on loan approvals and negotiations.
6. Review loan documentation and ensure compliance with LMA standards and internal policies.

The candidate:

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in wholesale banking, credit analysis, or relationship management.
2. Strong expertise in syndicated and bilateral loans and LMA documentation.
3. Excellent financial statement analysis, credit assessment, and financial modelling skills.
4. Knowledge of loan structuring, credit risk, and lending regulations.
5. Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA or ACCA is advantageous.
8. Mandarin speaking.
