Overview

The HRIS Analyst will play a key role in the implementation of the organisation's new global HRIS across multiple regions, including the UK, Netherlands, Hong Kong and Singapore. Working with the Global HR teams, the role will ensure business requirements, employee data, payroll processes, workflows and integrations are captured and effectively translated into a compliant global solution.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the global HRIS, acting as the operational link between the international offices and the US project team to ensure local HR, payroll, and regulatory requirements are effectively incorporated into the global solution
• Partner with International HR stakeholders to gather, document and translate detailed business requirements into system, workflow and data specifications ensuring these are accurately reflected within the solution.
• Support the configuration and optimisation of workflows, business rules, security roles, reports and dashboards, ensuring the solution delivers effective processes, reporting and insights for stakeholders
• Partner with HRIS and payroll software providers to review solutions, troubleshoot issues and identify practical, outcomes that meet business needs.
• Support the design, mapping, testing and implementation of integrations between HRIS and payroll software, where applicable.
• Execute data migration activities, including detailed data mapping, cleansing, reconciliation and quality assurance.
• Perform detailed validation and testing of the system's configuration, investigating and resolving issues as required.
• Where applicable, support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), payroll parallel runs to track and help address errors.
• Develop process documentation, testing materials and reporting requirements to support implementation and future system governance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate HR and payroll processes through effective use of Dayforce
• Support go-live activities, user training and adoption, supporting transition to new processes.
• Support changing business needs and implementation priorities, contributing to activities required for a successful transition to the new HRIS and payroll environment

Skills

• Proven experience supporting HRIS implementation projects.
• Must have experience implementing and/or supporting Dayforce within a complex organisational environment.
• A good understanding of UK HR, payroll, benefits and employee data requirements. Exposure to international payroll and employment practices, particularly in Netherlands and APAC, would be advantageous.
• Experience working with payroll providers, payroll integrations and/or HR technology vendors.
• Strong experience in data migration, validation, reconciliation and testing activities.
• Experience supporting payroll testing and parallel payroll runs ideal.
• Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance that supports informed business decision-making.
