Aon is recruiting a Client Manager to join our Corporate team in Chelmsford. This is a hybrid role combining office, home and client-facing working, with a strong emphasis on building meaningful client relationships and leading delivery across your portfolio.

What the day will look like

You will take ownership of a portfolio of Corporate clients, acting as the key relationship lead and ensuring a consistently high-quality service through collaboration with specialist teams across Aon.

Our Chelmsford Corporate team supports clients across a broad range of sectors, including food & beverage, retail, hospitality and the digital economy, delivering tailored risk and insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate service delivery across your client portfolio
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Identify client needs and introduce relevant Aon solutions and capabilities
• Translate client priorities into clear direction for internal service teams
• Drive portfolio growth, retention and profitability
• Ensure delivery aligns with agreed service standards and regulatory requirements

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Proven experience within corporate or commercial insurance
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Experience supporting or managing larger/complex risks (desirable)
• Commercial awareness and understanding of client business drivers
• Confidence in negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management
