The opportunity



Due to our continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen within our tax advisory team for an ambitious and proven Tax Advisor to work closely with Partners and Management.




Responsibilities:

• Involvement with the delivery of corporate tax planning/compliance, including implementation.


• Involvement with the delivery of M&A transactions.


• Involvement with the delivery of estate planning, including implementation.


• Where possible, identify planning opportunities for clients.


• Communication with HM Revenue & Customs as and when required.


• Collaborating with the broader tax and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of tax advisory/compliance.

Requirements:

• CTA qualified with 3 years post qualification experience working for a mid-tier firm in a mixed tax role with experience in M&A.


• Proven track record of interacting with other technical professionals.


• Strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.


• Strong interpersonal and excel skills and capable of presenting a concise summary of information.
