Role Summary

We are hiring on behalf of a client for a Head of Dealing Desk opportunity with an FX/CFD brokerage that’s expanding its global presence and establishing its Dubai operation. We are seeking an experienced Head of Dealing Desk to lead their global trading operations within a Forex & CFD brokerage. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing execution quality, liquidity management, dealer performance, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the trading environment in a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise the Dealing Desk, overseeing daily trading operations and market execution
2. Manage strategic relationships with liquidity providers and execution venues
3. Monitor and optimize execution quality, slippage, spreads, pricing, and order routing performance
4. Ensure optimal performance of MT5 trading servers, bridges, and liquidity connections
5. Oversee symbol configuration, swap settings, trading sessions, and market operations
6. Monitor dealer activities and enforce strict adherence to internal trading policies
7. Investigate execution issues and resolve trade-related escalations promptly
8. Collaborate with Risk Management, IT, and Compliance teams to maintain operational excellence
9. Develop comprehensive dealing procedures, workflows, and performance standards
10. Build, train, and mentor a high-performing dealing team

Required Qualifications

1. Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in Forex/CFD brokerage dealing operations
2. Extensive knowledge of MT5 Manager, liquidity bridges, and institutional execution
3. Hands-on experience with PrimeXM, Centroid, oneZero, or equivalent infrastructure platforms
4. Strong understanding of liquidity management, execution optimization, and pricing dynamics
5. Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
6. Ability to perform effectively under fast-paced market conditions

Preferred Qualifications

1. Proven experience managing institutional trading operations at scale
2. Working knowledge of FIX API, liquidity aggregation, and bridge configuration
3. Previous experience leading international dealing teams across multiple time zones

Location & Work Mode
