Yor Role
nderstand the insrance and reinsrance vale chain to systematically identify opportnities for efficiency gains and process optimization. Spport nderwriting and reinsrance teams throgh data-driven insights, enhancing pricing models, and risk analytics throgh AI and ML models. Translate strategic objectives into data science roadmaps, defining sccess metrics, KPIs, and validation frameworks. Apply advanced AI and ML modelling techniqes to identify risk drivers, optimize selection, and improve portfolio performance and processes. tilize internal and external data sorces to generate market and competitor insights spporting strategic decisions. Collaborate cross-fnctionally to prototype, test, and scale new data-driven soltions. Drive innovation throgh advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI applications to spport new prodct development. Share knowledge, best practices, and resable tools to elevate team and organizational capability. Yor Profile - 3 years of relevant experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning roles - preferable in insrance or reinsrance entities Bachelor's degree in qantitative discipline sch as Actarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Compter Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications in data science, machine learning, clod platforms (Azre/AWS/GCP), or actarial qalifications are advantageos Experience working in clod-based ecosystems (e.g., Azre, AWS, GCP, Databricks, etc.) and handling large, complex datasets.
