KYC / QA Analyst III
Supports management in the day-to-day compliance efforts with AML/KYC requirements. Works with sales staff and relationship managers to identify required KYC information; provides guidance on policy and procedural requirements; provides as needed training on use of STARR system to house KYC data. Performs customer identification routines including use of third party services to validate customer-supplied information. Follows-up on outstanding requests including need for additional customer information. Deals with more complex account structures including complex trusts, off-shore trusts and legal entities and corporate banking accounts.
Qualifications 5+ years experience in compliance, audit, trust or banking, preferably in an investment management or financial services company. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Assigned more complex accounts. Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical abilities, oral and written communication skills. Must be able to handle stressful situations while maintaining a professional approach to problem solving. Ability to deal with sensitive, highly confidential information is required. Computer literacy is a must.
