The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with key stakeholders within Global Credit, to develop strong client relationships and provide hands-on analysis to support development and critical technology projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end analysis of business processes
Validate business requirements, support project planning, sprint execution and delivery tracking
Define, document and manage online training sessions.
Work with offshore business analysts, data analysts and quality assurance analysts to
maximize the quality and quantity of their output
Develop client relationships to strengthen business partnerships and drive change
Document projects, processes, and data to produce requirements for development teams and key stakeholders.
Provide operational support; address client issues and analyse/document/track client requests
Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree with 7+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst within Finance, along with prior experience working with Credit products.
Experience conducting detailed business process and data analysis
Exceptional communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills

Experience managing client relationships and service/product delivery
