We are looking for a highly motivated and hard-working professional to join our Customer Success Team specializing in Real Time Solutions .
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be at the center of our customer relationships-partnering with business and technical stakeholders to drive adoption, accelerate outcomes, and expand the strategic use of our solutions across their organizations. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate complex challenges, realize measurable value, and achieve their business objectives.
You'll own customer success strategies and Value Plans, proactively identifying opportunities to increase engagement, mitigate risk, and support long-term retention and growth. By combining strong relationship management, business acumen, and solution expertise, you'll help customers maximize the return on their investment in LSEG.
Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Market Development teams, you'll bring the voice of the customer into the business, influence strategy, and help uncover new opportunities for expansion.

Compensation/Benefits Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $116,200 - $193,800.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match. Role Overview:
- Clearly define business outcomes and success plans to capture and track customer objectives, milestones, risks, and success metrics.
- Educate customers on how to use LSEG enterprise platforms, content, and technologies tailored to use-case needs.
- Monitor usage, account health, and growth opportunities to create actionable insights, customer value plans, risk mitigation plans and strategically pivot as necessary.
- Seek out organic business expansion opportunities (up-sell / cross-sell) in collaboration with LSEG business development partners.
- Ensure customers derive maximum ROI from LSEG services and solutions, utilizing the full extent of their licenses/contracts.
- Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with business decision makers and users within each account to gather customer intelligence and influence adoption.

- Thought Leadership
- 10+ years of commercial experience in B2B customer success, account management, consultative selling or support, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Must have knowledge & experience in financial content and the financial services industry.
- Confidence engaging technical stakeholders such as market data managers, developers, application owners, data architects, data engineers, infrastructure teams and cloud teams, while also communicating effectively with senior business decision makers.
- Experience with real-time market data infrastructure, market data workflows, cloud technologies, APIs, coding and/or open-source technologies, with the ability to translate technical requirements into customer value and adoption plans.
- Working knowledge of data distribution, entitlement management, data feeds, application consumption, platform monitoring, usage telemetry, and operational resilience.
- Ability to lead technical discovery including architecture, connectivity, latency, migration planning, and success criteria.
- Strong judgment in managing technical issues, escalations, and cross-functional ownership.
- Ability to align customer business needs with LSEG solutions.
- Collaboration and relationship-building skills across internal and customer organizations.
- Executive presence with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong ownership and follow-through.
