Reportingto the Chief Financial Officer Jan Siegmund, the North America Chief FinancialOfficer (NA CFO) will lead and manage the company's North America businessunit's financial function. The NA CFO will lead the North America financialfunction in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, therequirements of regulatory agencies and practices appropriate within theindustry.
Functionalresponsibilities include P&L management financial reporting, and corefinancial planning and analysis activities including Strategic and AnnualPlanning cycles, Forecasting. S/he willwork collaboratively with Strategy/Mergers and acquisitions.
Strategic thinking, engagement with operating businesses, teamleadership and talent development skills are critical capabilities. The NA CFO will work closely with the CFO andsenior management team in leading the North America business' ongoing evolutionand growth. S/he will bring value to business strategy and execution, aligningthe company's North America finance and business strategies.

The key responsibilities for theindividual are listed below :

StrategicBusiness Partner: Serve as a key member of the NA leadership team in developingand implementing transformational business plans. Acts as a thought leader byproviding analytical insight and perspective to NA leadership. Overseedevelopment
of strategic plans and operating budgets, to ensureoptimal utilization of financial resources. Lead the development of futurefinancial strategies; establish annual financial goals; monitor and analyzeperformance against these objectives. Support business development, includingM&A due diligence and integration programs.
· Operational Finance: Partner with the NA leadershipteam to monitor and manage operating units through participation in operatingreviews, budget and forecast reviews, and other operational finance duties asrequired. Work with operating business unit heads and their teams to drivegrowth and value creation.
· Team leader: Provide strong leadership in therecruitment, training and development of top quality financial talent to ensurethe NA finance organization has a high level of performance and productivity.Instill a culture that emphasizes accountability and transparency amongst thefinance team
· Lead the Commercial Finance Team for North Americadriving market positioning on financial and commercial constructs, defining andmanaging the Scope-Schedule-Cost triangle. Some of the expected outcomes include: Pricing, DCF, financialconstructs, financial structure and terms negotiation, commercial structure andrisk management, commercial terms negotiation and executive awareness.
· Highly desirable to have experience with systemimplementation as part of a transformation journey
