A leading provider of technology-enabled services to the private capital industry is seeking an experienced partnerships leader to build and scale its strategic partnership ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of private markets, financial technology, and commercial growth, with responsibility for developing relationships with leading software platforms serving private equity, private credit, venture capital, and asset management firms.

This is a unique opportunity to build a function from the ground up, working directly with senior leadership to identify partnership opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and create new revenue streams through strategic alliances. What You'll Do

• Build and manage partnerships across the private capital technology ecosystem
• Develop relationships with senior executives at leading technology providers
• Negotiate referral, reseller, implementation, and co-selling agreements
• Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and alliance programs
• Evaluate partnership opportunities and build supporting business cases
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and delivery teams to execute growth initiatives
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities
• Serve as a key advisor to leadership on partnership and ecosystem strategy

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, or related commercial roles
• Track record of building technology partnerships and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience driving measurable revenue through partnerships or channel relationships
• Strong understanding of private equity, private credit, venture capital, asset management, or related financial services markets
• Ability to influence senior executives and manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Experience developing financial models, business cases, and commercial strategies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and scale a function
