Key Role:

Provide timely research and analysis of current global Unmanned Aircraft System threats in order to identify critical gaps and develop innovative training solutions for an Army client and Staff to counter these threats using a combination of Electronic Warfare equipment and methodologies and mounted and dismounted Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures in various environments. Provide CounterUnmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) instruction and integration for military personnel conducting exercises. Integrate, plan, synchronize, coordinate, and facilitate all live, virtual, constructive, and gaming C-UAS assets available for home station training using blended learning techniques. Locate and acquire standard and nonstandard equipment and supplies through military and nonmilitary supply sources and maintain accountability and serviceability of equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with the United States Military
• Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems
• Experience with Electronic Warfare
• Active Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Certified Military Instructor or hold a civilian equivalent Certification or complete the Booz Allen approved training course within 180 days of hire

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with being deployed in a combat or combat advisor role
• Experience with integrating live, virtual, constructive, and gaming warfighting training
• Experience in conducting After Action Reviews (AAR)
• Experience with integrating standard and nonstandard equipment into military programs and units
• Experience with the entire sustainment operational environment
• BA or BS degree
