Desktop Support

We are looking for Desktop Support for animmediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will haveregular interactions with various client managers.



Responsibilities:

Expected to have good hands-on experience in resolvingdesktop issues

Provide resolution to the issues logged throughvarious channels as per the agreed Service Levels Schedule 3 – Service LevelAgreement (SLA).

Provide necessary support to traveling users based onthe applicable service level agreement.

Provide Level 1 support in triaging any printerhardware related issue.

The support will be limited to:

1. Level 1 triaging of issuessuch as paper jam or electric connection check-up

2. Provide necessaryinformation to the third party vendor involved in resolving printer hardwareissue

Provide Level 1 support for any Audio, Video, andconference room equipment issues.

The support will be limited to:

1. Level 1 triaging of issuessuch as power connection to the AV equipment

2. Smart hands support to clientauthorized third party support staff

Provide necessary support to manage the client PChardware and peripherals depot.

The support will be limited to providing necessaryinformation to client point of contact.

Perform necessary health check of any new device thatis been handed over to the users.

Will be responsible for iMac activity includingimaging and deploying PC's as per standard process.

Provide support for Microsoft Office applications andmobile devices support (how to support Office or how to manage a iPhone/iPad)
