A leading life insurance organization is seeking a Senior Actuary, Capital Management to play a key role in capital strategy, optimization, and enterprise risk initiatives. • Manage and enhance capital reporting for regulatory and rating agency requirements
• Analyze the capital impact of strategic initiatives, growth plans, and organizational changes
• Advise senior leadership on capital efficiency and optimization opportunities
• Develop and maintain capital projection models for internal and external reporting

• ASA designation required; FSA track preferred
• 8+ years of actuarial experience
• Background in capital management, risk, financial reporting, or actuarial modeling
• Strong understanding of regulatory and rating agency capital frameworks
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
