- Manage requirements with supporting use cases provided by thePlatform Team
- Review requirements with architecture team to define featuresneede
- Collaborate with product management to manage release backlog
- Coordinate efforts with Release Manager (Scrum Master) to ensurealignment with resource and release timeline
- Work with engagement leadership and client to fully estimate scopeand plan project accordingly
- Translate engagement objectives into defined scope and executable tasksfor team members
- Lead team to form problem statement for project (engagement orcomponent of engagement)
- Coach team members to identify root cause of issue(s).
- Lead team to construct problem statement to include problemdescription, those affected and benefits of solving the problem, andimplications of not doing so
- Define project boundaries and reporting cadence.
- Identify key stakeholders and lead team to construct stakeholderanalysis.
- Identify project risks and mitigation strategies.
Leadsteam to gather requirements.
Partnerwith client and team to identify key process stakeholders. Facilitate requirement gathering workshops
Provideguidance and direction regarding workshop outcomes.
