Our client isseeking an Level 2 Support Analyst to provide support to 1000+ users across the business. You will have exceptional customer service skills with experience supporting Windows, Active Directory and Office 365.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing Level 1 and 2 Support to users across multiple sites
  • First point of contact for all incoming calls and emails
  • Ticket queue management
  • Active Directory user management
  • Remote Desktop
  • Customer focused approach to troubleshooting
  • Logging all tickets via ServiceNow

Who you will be:

  • Strong experience supporting a Windows environment
  • You will be confident with all aspects of Microsoft software including Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems
  • Office 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory
  • Experience in supporting 1000+ users across multiple sites,
  • You'll have experience with troubleshooting multiple types of hardware including Desktop PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Mobiles (Android, iOS etc), LAN/WAN and general networking principles
  • You'll be a strong verbal and written communicator with excellent clarity and confidence to deliver explanations over the phone, via email, or face-to-face
  • You'll work effectively with the IT technician team, being well organised, and maintaining good team, time, and resource management skills
  • You will be comfortable stepping outside of your comfort zone and getting involved in tasks outside service desk
  • Experience using ServiceNow and PowerShell is highly desirable
