Our client is a highly regarded independent wealth management and investment firm with an excellent reputation for delivering bespoke investment solutions to private clients, charities, intermediaries and institutions. They are seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Associate to join their growing Client Services team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in private client or wealth management administration who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, supporting Investment Managers and delivering an exceptional client experience.
The Role
Working closely with Investment Managers and Client Relationship Managers, you will play a key role in managing the full client lifecycle-from onboarding new clients through to ongoing servicing, transfers and account closures. You'll act as a central point of contact, ensuring client requests are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
You'll also contribute to improving operational processes, enhancing controls and supporting the continued development of the wider Client Services function.

The Role

You'll act as a central point of contact, ensuring client requests are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements.
You'll also contribute to improving operational processes, enhancing controls and supporting the continued development of the wider Client Services function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding, account maintenance, transfers and closures.
- Prepare and process client documentation including investment management agreements, AML/KYC documentation, tax forms and account opening paperwork.
- Support a broad range of client structures including individuals, joint accounts, trusts, charities, pensions, ISAs and estates.
- Liaise with internal departments including Compliance, Operations, Finance, Legal and Portfolio teams to ensure seamless client service.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders including clients, solicitors, accountants, pension providers, trustees, custodians and financial advisers.
- Process account amendments, reporting changes, fee updates and client instructions.
- Assist with ISA, pension and estate administration.
- Maintain accurate client records across internal systems.
- Support account transfers, payments and custody-related activities.
- Identify operational risks and escalate where appropriate.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Mentor junior colleagues where appropriate and support team development.
You'll already have experience within a private client, investment management or wealth management environment and be confident handling complex client servicing activities.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a client services, investment administration or wealth management support role.
- Strong knowledge of AML, KYC/CDD, MiFID, FATCA and CRS requirements.
- Experience supporting private client portfolios including ISAs, pensions, trusts and estate administration.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with clients and professional advisers.
- Experience using client servicing platforms, CRM systems and workflow tools.
- A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and embracing technology.
- The ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Relevant industry qualifications (or working towards them) would be advantageous
