A leading fund manager is seeking a Product Registrations & Documentation specialist to join their team. This is an excellent role to develop your career within either Product or Distribution within fund management.

Duties and responsibilities

Ongoing maintenance of legal offering documents

  • Assist with updating UK Prospectuses as and when required
  • Publication and local filing of prospectuses where required in various jurisdictions
  • Production/updates other local supplements as appropriate
  • Production of KIID documents (Annual and ad hoc updates)

Fund Registrations and ongoing maintenance

  • Assist with new registration requests (Fund and Share Class)
  • Assist with the maintenance of existing registrations (includes managing the Singapore annual declarations and the Chilean annual update)

Product Development Support

  • Assist in fund and share class launches

Data Maintenance

  • Maintain team responsibilities supporting product database e.g. Product Master, Fundamentals, Intranet, Website, information/reports for both internal and external audiences
  • Ensure internal drives are updated with the latest fund documentation
  • Maintenance of procedure notes

Administrative Duties

  • Ensure that all invoices which are received from third parties are checked, logged and sent to accounts in a timely and efficient manner
  • Effective communication with third parties in order to undertake the role
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned

 

The role requires

  • Knowledge of working in a product or distribution environment
  • Knowledge of fund documentation and regulatory frameworks (desirable)
  • Commercially focused individual
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
