We are partnering with a global asset management firm to appoint a German speaking Marketing Manager focused on the DACH region. The business has a strong international presence and is continuing to invest in its regional marketing capabilities to support growth across key distribution channels.

This is a broad, hands-on marketing role responsible for delivering campaigns, content and events across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Working closely with sales, product and global marketing teams, you will help drive engagement, enhance brand visibility and support business development objectives within the region.

The opportunity would suit a German-speaking marketing professional with experience in financial services who enjoys operating across multiple channels and managing end-to-end campaign execution.

The successful candidate will be involved in:

• Delivering integrated marketing campaigns across the DACH region to support commercial growth and brand awareness
• Localising global marketing materials and campaigns to ensure relevance for regional audiences
• Reviewing and adapting financial marketing content for different investor segments and distribution channels
• Proofreading and quality-checking German-language marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Managing digital marketing activity across websites, email campaigns, social media and other marketing platforms
• Supporting the delivery of partner and distributor marketing initiatives across the region
• Working closely with sales teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with business development priorities
• Coordinating external agencies and marketing partners to support campaign delivery
• Organising and executing client, partner and industry events across the DACH market
• Monitoring campaign performance and producing insights to improve future activity
• Sharing market feedback and best practices with regional and global stakeholders

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience in marketing within asset management, financial services or a closely related industry
• Strong understanding of the DACH market and its distribution landscape
• Fluent German language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience creating, editing and reviewing marketing content for financial audiences
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across sales and marketing teams
• Experience delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo or similar tools
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on execution and delivery
• High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality marketing materials
