A leading independent investment bank with a long-established presence across international markets is looking to hire an Analyst into its Infrastructure & Energy Advisory team in London. The team advises on complex cross-border M&A, financing transactions across infrastructure, particularly in Energy, Power and, Natural Resources.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of M&A and financing mandates across the infrastructure and energy landscape.
Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses and transaction materials.
Conduct industry, company and market research to support client engagements.
Prepare client presentations, information memoranda and marketing materials.
Work closely with senior bankers and clients on live transactions from inception through to completion.

Candidate Profile

Must have: 2-3 years' of fulltime experience within M&A post internship.
Must have: Experience at a leading investment bank or boutique - working on live M&A mandates.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
Ideally has exposure to Infrastructure, Energy or related industries.
Outstanding analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated interest in international markets and cross-border transactions.
