Harrington Starr is working with a Specialist software company as they look to grow their Product function. Fundamental to this is finding the right person to join as Head of Product for their UK and European Regulation and Tax products for Asset and Fund Management 

 

Your role as Head of Product will be to scale and shape the future of the Product team and the landscape for the wider business. You will have 5 immediate reports and we expect this to grow at your discretion. 

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience of working closely with clients at trading houses, Asset Managers and Fund Management companies. Either as a Head of Product, Director of Product or similar. Key experience in Regulation and Tax for the European and UK financial sector is important too.

 

If you have:

• Lead product teams of 3+ product managers/owner
• Demonstrable experience of taking products from scratch to go-live
• A true passion for product lead business
• Driven a Product function forward with new product ideas, fast POC's
• Commercially focused on the strategic growth of Product and the overall company
