This is an exciting opportunity to join our Credit and Insurance Fund Management team, which leads and supports the fund controlling, investor and financial reporting, client service, treasury and operations functions for a range of institutional funds, with both regional and global mandates.

What role will you play?

You will join our Fund Management team as an Associate with a specific focus on developing and managing the fund control functions for Macquarie Asset Management's Insurance Capital Solutions funds and products.

You will be a trusted partner, engaging with a diverse range of business stakeholders in Credit and Insurance across a spectrum of different asset classes in. You will work collaboratively with other management teams in Luxembourg and Gurugram and external Fund Administrators who provide foundation support in managing ongoing investor reporting and fund control activities. You will also work closely with other internal operations stakeholders and external investors to meet various reporting and ad hoc obligations.

What you offer

• Certified or Chartered Accountant with 4+ years' post-qualification experience, preferably in alternative asset management and private credit.
• Advanced technical and commercial knowledge of alternative fund structures, including limited partnerships, preferably across Luxembourg and US structures. Experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and multi-currency environments will also be advantageous.
• A track record in managing a group of fund entities and in risk management, preferably with exposure to Insurance or Re-Insurance fund requirements and both liquid and private credit instruments and valuation methodologies.
• Able to manage a range of competing priorities and deliver within tight timelines, highly organised, and capable of guiding the broader team to solve technical issues in a practical and timely manner.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills, able to understand and converse with a diverse set of stakeholders on complex structures and transactions.
