Twenty Financial Services are working with a Private Equity firm who are seeking a Finance Analyst to join their Wealth Management team; tasked with managing all aspects of the incentives and schemes linked to carry and co-investment and producing analysis for partners and Exco related to these schemes.
Responsibilities:
Production of analysis and reporting
- There’s constant demand for complex financial analysis, investment reporting and modelling of financial data
- Development and enhancement of database used for quarterly asset reporting
- Data analysis and the use of tech will constantly evolve the process of production – you will play an active role in the automation/enhancement of existing production and reporting processes
- Processing of distributions and drawdowns for schemes members relating to Funds
- Liaising with external advisors (lawyers / administrators) regarding scheme matters
- Ad-hoc requests for financial data
- Review and analysis of fees from advisers
- Preparation of trial balances for co-invest and carry schemes
Relationship management with the scheme member community
- 50% of the role will be spent working with and supporting the most sendup stakeholders across the business and externally across the investment community
- Communication and relationship skill are essential - Members are executive, partner, board level and have various ad hoc requests alongside a high expectation for continued access to information and service levels - communication will be face to face, phone based and extensive written communication
- Ensuring the participants have a first-class service and access to all the necessary information and performance reporting regarding their investments
- Commentary / presentation of data will be required
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Intermediate to advanced level Excel
- Exceptional communication skill in all formats is a must
- Emotional intelligence and appreciation of sensitive information
