Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ESG initiatives and ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Regular monitoring to ensure effectiveness of requirements e.g. ESG policies and procedures
- Oversight of the firms Sustainability report
- UN PRI assessment and submission
- Carbon offsetting initiative in collaboration with the firm
- Review third party data companies
- Coordinate and help to implement regulatory and industry initiatives
- Update and review of policies e.g. ESG policy
- Provide subject matter expertise to sales and marketing
- Coordinate and creation of materials for committee meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ESG investment and regulation
- Strong understanding of sustainability within financial services
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong Stakeholder management and Communication skills
