A great opportunity with a newly established Private Wealth Firm has arisen in the West End of London.

An immediate opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Executive to join our client, a newly established Private Wealth firm based in London's West End.

Responsibilities of the Client Services Executive will include:
*Take a leading role within the in-house client service team who are responsible for incoming calls, emails and messages providing timely, accurate and clear responses to achieve our goal of a high class professional experience.
*Assist with managing more bespoke client requests and complex family groups. Potential to work with the advisory team on client acquisition and ongoing relationship management.
*Continuous improvement of the client journey: collate feedback for management on a regular basis, suggest common themes or areas to be addressed and create action plans.
*Recruit and train new client service representatives as required.
*Oversight of the onboarding process, which is initiated on the Company website including AML and KYC checks, SIPP account opening, as well as close management of the SIPP and ISA transfers.
*Collaborate with the operations team and the outsourced providers on a daily basis to investigate client issues or to understand any communications that need to be relayed to one or more clients.
*In conjunction with Compliance, be responsible for reviewing and ensuring that the required AML/KYC regulatory requirements are met and all relevant procedures are up to date.
*Work with the Operations and Technology teams to test new features of the service specifically from the client perspective.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes/skills:

*A Bachelor's degree or higher with a relevant subject, such as Finance/Economics.
*A minimum of 2 years experience within Wealth or Investment Management is essential.
*Strong track record of interacting with High Net Wealth Clients
*Strong communication skills.
*Ability to take on a leadership role if required
*A hard working and self-motivated attitude
