About the Role



We are seeking a proactive, adaptable, and forward-thinking
Paraplanner to join our team in Leamington Spa. Supporting six busy Financial Advisors, you will play a central role in driving business growth, embracing innovation, and delivering an exceptional client experience.



Our paraplanning process is streamlined and supported by
cutting-edge AI tools , meaning report writing and research are significantly less time-consuming than traditional methods. This allows you to focus on quality, accuracy, and providing genuine value to our advisors and clients.

experienced Paraplanner who enjoys a varied, hands-on role embracing administrative support , this hybrid position offers the perfect balance of flexibility, progression, and variety.




Key Responsibilities




Administrative Support:

• Act as the primary administrative support for 6 Financial Advisors.


• Manage client onboarding, electronic ID checks, and new business processing across investments, pensions, and protection.


• Maintain and update client records on the CRM platform to ensure high data integrity.


• Liaise with product providers, platform managers, and clients to track applications and request information.


• Prepare meeting packs, valuation reports, and client portfolios ahead of advisor reviews.


• Manage advisor calendars, handle incoming client queries, and oversee general office workflow.

Paraplanning & AI-Enhanced Duties:

• Utilize AI-driven paraplanning software to efficiently generate Suitability Reports and financial planning documentation.


• Conduct fund research, product comparisons, and gather existing policy information (e.g., cashing in, transfers, and projections).


• Review, refine, and verify AI-generated technical content to ensure strict compliance with FCA standards.


• Draft cash-flow modeling scenarios and technical recommendations in alignment with advisor guidance.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record in an Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) environment as a Paraplanner.


• Tech-Savvy & Open Mindset: Familiarity with paraplanning principles and a high comfort level using modern advisor software or AI-driven tools.


• Team Player & Positive Attitude: Someone who brings energy, ideas, and a desire to make a lasting, positive impact on business operations and culture.


• Adaptability: A mindset that welcomes growth, process improvement, and organizational change.


• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
