The Client Management Director (CMD) will be the senior contact at this location and will lead a team of Account Executives and brokers to provide solutions to client and run the profit and loss for this team. They will drive revenue growth through the provision of Aon services to their clients, through a dedicated team of Account Executives/Client Managers, drawing upon designated service teams and specialist resources, including those from other Divisions of Aon where appropriate.
The CMD will build a highly motivated, focused team of Account Executives/Client Managers with a total portfolio expected to grow from current levels of £1.2mill, who are encouraged to share problems and use initiative in the pursuit of customer service excellence.
Through strong leadership and influence, the CMD will set the standard for others to aspire to.
The CMD will fulfil the senior client liaison role for a number of key clients and will drive new business growth across the team.
