我們的客戶是一家快速成長的頂尖會計師事務所 ，專精於處理國際商務與家族辦公室 (Family Office) 核心業務。因應全球業務版圖持續擴張，目前正積極招募具備國際視野與卓越溝通能力的專案經理 (Project Manager) 加入菁英團隊，共同打造頂級的客戶服務體驗。

Our client is a fast-growing, leading Audit Firm specializing in International Business and Family Office services . In response to their continuous global expansion, they are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager with an international mindset and exceptional communication skills to join their growing team.

工作地點 (Location)： 台北市信義區 Taipei Xinyi

工作重點｜Key Responsibilities

1. 專案統籌與執行： 全面統籌與執行家族辦公室及國際業務相關專案，確保專案目標順利達成。
2. Project Leadership: Oversee and manage Family Office and international business projects from conception to completion.
3. 時程與品質控管： 嚴格控管專案各階段時程，把關交付成果的服務品質與專業度。
4. Timeline & Quality Control: Monitor project timelines closely and ensure the highest standards of service quality and deliverables.
5. 跨部門溝通協調： 擔任主要溝通橋樑，高效協調內部跨部門團隊與外部國際客戶。
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison to facilitate smooth communication between internal departments and external international clients.

條件要求｜Requirements

1. 專案管理能力： 具備優秀的專案管理心法與實務經驗，能同時推進多項任務。
2. Project Management Skills: Proven track record in project management with the ability to multi-task and handle complex workflows.
3. 溝通與協調技巧： 擁有傑出的跨部門溝通、談判與危機處理能力。
4. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
5. 語言能力與國際經驗：
6. 精通中英文 （聽說讀寫流利），具備商務英文溝通實力。
7. 具備國際專案經驗者優先錄用。
8. Language & Global Experience:
9. Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) with professional business proficiency.
10. Prior experience in managing international projects is highly preferred.
11. 加分條件： 具備會計師事務所、金融機構或家族辦公室相關工作經驗者尤佳。
12. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in audit firms, financial institutions, or family offices is a strong plus.
