The Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO) function was created in 2020 through the combination of previously separate Risk and Compliance functions, to further enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our control environment amid stricter regulatory frameworks.

It is a highly visible, dynamic area where you can be an integral part of the decision-making that supports the bank's business. We drive strategic and sustainable returns, and offer risk, controls and regulatory advice

We Offer
  • Support FCC-CCI FRCO in the execution and assessment of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) across FCC-CCI accountable risk themes
  • The Control Activities Framework (CAF) which provides a framework to ensure that key controls are identified, documented, executed and assessed consistently and comprehensively, with a focus on the bank's most important risks and controls
  • Internal Operational Risk Incidents, which are used to enable the bank to determine its internal and regulatory capital requirements and to enhance its control environment.
  • Conduct assessments of relevant of External incidents are a result of operational risk events impacting a financial institution other than Credit Suisse
  • Monitoring of FCC-CCI Risk and Control metrics and escalation where metrics have exceeded their threshold, providing explanation of the breach and initiating a remediation plan as a result of a threshold breach, as required. Coordinating the provision of commentary, which gives an explanation for the metrics that exceed their threshold or are at warning levels, with metric owner
  • Providing oversight on various risk assessment programs such as annual Compliance Risk Assessment of FLoD, Monitoring & Testing Program and Issue Management

  • Preferably degree or equivalent work experience in Risk, Compliance, Banking & Finance
  • You are well organized, have very good analytical and coordination skills and are able to align with tight deadlines whilst balancing multiple complex situations in order to deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
  • Ability to interact with different business partners, build trusted partnerships, deliver sound opinion and to present relevant solutions
  • Business proficiency in English, German would be a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
