As a Technology Talent Consultant, you will:
  • Develop deep expertise in the technology market to advise professionals and clients on hiring trends, skill demand, and career pathways.
  • Act as a trusted consultant to both candidates and clients by understanding business needs, role requirements, and long-term career goals, then delivering tailored talent solutions.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with technology professionals and hiring stakeholders through in-person meetings, calls, and virtual consultations.
  • Partner with clients to identify current and future talent needs, proactively presenting suitable professionals and uncovering new hiring opportunities.
  • Facilitate end-to-end hiring processes from initial role briefing and talent assessment to interview coordination and offer discussions.
  • Stay current on technology, market movements, and hiring best practices to provide informed, value-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive business growth, share market insights, and contribute to a high-performance, supportive culture.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and deliver better outcomes for candidates, clients, and the business.
