About the Job

• Handle account setup, closures, and ongoing static data updates like blocking/unblocking accounts, reassigning Relationship Managers, and updating Agent/Counterparty files.

• Dispatch new account welcome packages complete with required attachments to clients in an accurate, prompt manner.

• Execute name screenings and background checks as requested by Compliance and Legal teams.

• Process e-banking requests (activations, edits, cancellations) alongside updates to client or agent mailing addresses and special account conditions.

• Manage returned physical correspondence for client accounts.

• Process custom printing requests for client account statements and transaction notices.

• Conduct signature verification on all client documentation.

• Assist the team with user acceptance testing (UAT) and drafting procedural documentation.

• Maintain a solid understanding of system logic and business requirements regarding how Client, Counterparty, and Agent records are generated and managed.

• Maintain high standards of service quality while supporting process improvement and innovation initiatives.

• Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks and duties as delegated.

Skills and Requirements

• Understanding of static data management, client onboarding, or general banking operational processes.

• Open to fresh candidates with a strong interest in banking operations.

• Ability to execute compliance/legal name screenings and process e-banking and account modifications accurately.

• Capability to perform signature verifications and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and process documentation.

• Strong attention to detail, high commitment to service quality, and interest in process improvement.

• Adaptable and capable of handling ad-hoc operational requests effectively.
