Morgan McKinley is partnering with a global client to hire for a Marketing Executive to drive market growth, brand equity, and commercial success across key overseas territories. In this role, you will lead end-to-end product marketing strategies, oversee inventory and profitability, and collaborate with regional distributors to expand our business footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive distributor performance to hit target business shares across assigned product categories and emerging regional markets.
• Formulate marketing strategies, define product positioning, and execute impactful campaign launches and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.
• Manage product profitability (P&L), monitor sales and purchase pipelines, and control inventory levels to optimize financial performance.
• Analyze marketplace dynamics, consumer trends, competitor pricing, and sales strategies to capture new market opportunities.
• Undertake cross-functional projects and additional business duties as required.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably within consumer goods or related industries.
• Strong understanding of business accounting and P&L mechanics is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical thinking, presentation skills, and the ability to conceptualize strategic marketing directions in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and cross-cultural interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis.
