Manager, Regulatory Reporting
Join our dynamic and high performing Financial Management Group as a Regulatory Reporting professional, working closely with stakeholders in managing and ensuring delivery of regulatory compliance and other reporting obligations of Macquarie Singapore's MAS licensed entities.

As a member of the Regulatory Reporting team, you will be responsible for overseeing the regulatory reporting obligations for Macquarie Singapore's MAS licensed entities. You will be managing all aspects of regulatory compliance and ensuring that MAS regulatory requirements are understood and accurately applied.

Leveraging your technical knowledge and expertise of the regulatory rules and requirements, you will also be partnering with the business to drive for capital/liquidity efficiencies and play an advisory role on regulatory impacts for business transactions and activities. You will be involved in implementing changes driven by regulatory change or internal business changes and adhere to Macquarie Group's financial control standards.

With your understanding of operational risk and ensuring controls meet internal risk policies, you will also be identifying areas and drive for process improvement, enhancements and automation.

To be successful in this role, you will possess good banking industry knowledge /experience and are familiar with MAS regulatory reporting rules and requirements. You should have at least 5 years of regulatory reporting experience. High attention to details and the ability to flag potential issues before they become a problem will be important. You will have the ability to identify potential problems by solving complex and ambiguous issues, possess both strong communication and excellent internal and external stakeholder's management skills. Having a strong numerical and abstract reasoning skillset and the ability to access and test the validity of complex data will be useful in this role. Lastly, you should have a Bachelor in Accounting or Finance and hold a professional accounting qualification.
